Children and Young People at St. Martin’s

Sunday 10.45am

Children join the church family for an all age service and are involved in the worship activities.

There is a carpeted children’s area in church where young children, under parental supervision, can draw, do craft work or play with the contents of play bags during this Service.

Busy Bees

A lively Mother and Toddler group which meets at St. Martin’s Church on a Friday afternoon, 1pm-2.30pm (term time only).

Our sessions include singing, a planned craft activity which relates to God’s World, free play, snack and we end with a prayer.

We celebrate the children’s birthdays that have fallen within the last week and the children receive a gift and a card as well as buns to share.

We ask for a £1 donation from everyone each week to help cover cost for tea/coffee and the children’s refreshments/birthday gifts and also those of the Church, including heating and lighting.

Each year we have a stall on the Brighouse Victorian market to help raise funds for our group.

Please contact Rachel on 07788 428401 email.
